Mission Statement

The Office of Leadership, Engagement & Development enhances student academic achievement, career competencies, and sense of belonging through programs, resources, student organizations, leadership programs, and annual events. 

Goals

1. Expand and integrate academic success strategies and resources in LEAD programs
2. Define and train students to value, identify, and translate co-curricular experiences to career competencies
3. Increase and diversify co-curricular opportunities that build a sense of belonging and community
4. Educate and manage compliance of designated system-wide and campus policies related to co-curricular experiences
